Last June 29, Mr. Danilo Medina, President of the Dominican Republic, presented “Nueva Barquita”: a residential complex with 1782 apartments distributed in 112 buildings and 90 apartments for people with special needs.

This morning, the City Council of Zaragoza has awarded the Central Market Masterplan to Ingennus Urban Consulting and the Basque company Baika. Our consortium won the tender ahead of other four proposals.
Both companies will work under the supervision of the city municipal housing corporation, Zaragoza Vivienda, and public participation will be one of the key aspects of the final Master Plan, scheduled for October 2016.
