Point cloud
The laser scanner enables us to obtain a precise snapshot of the situation to adapt to the needs of each project. This technology helps us to avoid any potential errors that may arise from the lack of – or not up-to-date – baseline information, modelling the current state of construction and designing the new proposal based on this version.
Collaboration - BIM 360
To speed up the processes and the sharing of information among the project members, we store information in the cloud. We trust in BIM 360 Document Management to share and manage our daily activities, in the design and construction phases.
Coordination
Our method involves all teams using BIM to offer the best level of quality in our projects. That is why we use the most appropriate tools from the outset to facilitate the work and avoid a higher error rate.
We manage the coordination flow using specific programs and conduct interference checks between the different disciplines. These are then reported to the responsible parties for review and subsequent correction using BIMcollab, which enables us to speed up the process using a collaborative platform.
Costs - 5D
We begin with good modelling in Revit and a well-structured cost basis to automatically export the project to Presto and obtain the measurements and budgets. This way we have 100% traceability so that we can identify each line of measurement in the model and vice versa.
