Maximo is a Quantity Surveyor graduated from the Polytechnic University of La Almunia (2023). His eagerness to challenge himself led him to undertake a Passivhaus single-family dwelling for his final project, thus developing a fully integrated project based on these criteria.

Currently, he is pursuing a Master's degree in BIM Management, focusing on project management and new technologies applied to BIM at the Miguel de Cervantes European University. Previously, he completed an internship at Grupo MLN as the production manager for the construction of the residential building with 62 dwellings, El Burril.

Due to his passion for entrepreneurship and topics related to the circular economy and energy savings, he participated in the 5th edition of the program "Turn your idea into a business" held at Zaragoza Activa in the Economy, Innovation, and Employment Area of the Zaragoza City Council, ranking among the best projects in the program.

He considers himself a cheerful and enthusiastic individual, eager to continue growing and learning.
